Administrative Assistant
Orion OfficeQualifications:
- 4 to 6-year Architectural degree from an accredited Architecture Program
- 3-8 years experience in the architecture field
- Architectural license or path to licensure preferred.
- Design + documentation skills
- A keen interest in Residential Architecture and wood-framed construction – experience is a plus
- Knowledge and aptitude at using Archicad BIM software (preferred) or other 3D modeling software
Architectural Designer/Architect
Orion Residencial StudioQualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of progressive experience in residential architecture
- Valid architectural license or actively pursuing licensure
- Proven expertise in luxury residential design and custom home projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices
Project Manager
Orion Residencial StudioQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $5M+
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and local building codes
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
